Mal has been in real estate for the last 29 years with the last 27 spent as a Licensed Real Estate Broker in New Jersey. In 1983, Mal helped start up the Weichert New Homes and Land Division. Mal is a 3rd generation builder / general contractor having a Graduate Degree in Construction Management/Real Estate Development from New York University. In the fall of 2014, Mal was certified as a licensed New Jersey Construction Code Official. 

Mal has been involved with Construction and Development of projects ranging from custom and tract homes, office buildings, shopping centers, industrial projects, multi family, car dealerships and special purpose assets. Mal is the owner and CEO of RAB Development, Inc. and serves as CEO of Hamilton management, LLC, which is a full service residential and commercial real estate development firm. Finally, Mal is partners with his father, Harry Braich, P.E. in the Apex Group, Inc. which specializes in Structural and Civil Engineering and Consulting and is licensed in 4 states, including NY, NJ, Indiana & Virginia. Over his career, Mal has learned the ins and outs of real estate development and has helped hundreds of clients meet their goals. 


Rajesh Grover is a highly successful entrepreneur, with extensive experience in developing and maintaining business relationships, and the ability to raise capital for various types of projects and markets. Mr. Grover was a partner in a CPA firm for fourteen years where he managed over 400 small to mid size businesses. He played a key role as a founder and CFO in building a highly successful company in the medical field based in New Jersey, which grew to over 140 employees, 11 offices across five States and revenues of over $8 million in two years. He managed relationships with over 110 physicians and 45 vendors. He raised over $5M of equity within nine months from concept inception. He negotiated with CMS (Medicare/Medicaid) and private insurance companies on payment terms. He has successfully raised over $90M for various projects over past 15 years. 

He recently purchased a vacant hospital of 630,000 sq ft in NJ and raised $2M within weeks. His network includes a multitude of doctors, key opinion leaders, lenders, investors, highly specialized individuals and market makers.
